Dead Man's Cell Phone

Antelope Valley College’s Theatre Arts Department will present its spring production of Dead Man’s Cell Phone by acclaimed playwright Sarah Ruhl, from May 29 to 31 in the Black Box Theatre.

The dark comedy begins with a simple question: What happens when you answer a dead man’s cell phone? The play unfolds into a funny, surprising and unexpectedly tender story exploring loneliness, love, and the stories people create to connect with one another.

Performances will take place for one weekend only:
  • Friday, May 29 at 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 30 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 31 at 2 p.m.

All performances will be held in the Black Box Theatre (FA2-130) at Antelope Valley College.

Ticket prices:
  • General admission: $15
  • Seniors, military and staff: $10
  • Students: $8

Community members, students and supporters of the arts are encouraged to attend and celebrate the work of AVC Theatre Arts students.
